For each order a regular sales invoice is issued, which will be sent by email, it will be the customer’s responsibility to print and keep it. The goods will be shipped via SDA (Poste Italiane)

The shipment takes place in 1-5 working days from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Shipping times may vary slightly in case of requests for engravings and customizations.

We ship from Monday to Friday.

NOT cash on delivery is accepted.

Withdrawal payment is valid only for in-person collections by appointment.

-WHY DO WE NOT ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY? Simple: all our creations are handcrafted and on commission, for this reason we do not intend to deal with people who place orders with cash on delivery just out of curiosity, and then return the package to the sender.

That’s all, no “secret” reason behind this choice. If it were a scam, we certainly wouldn’t offer the option to pick up in person with cash payment.

Goldsmith workshop, GF-Jewels is an artisan company: each product is made specifically for the order in question.

In the event that a product cannot be made due to lack of material, you will be contacted within 24 hours and a solution will be agreed (refund or replacement of the chosen product).

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged and it will be possible to pay in cash at the time of collection.

ATTENTION: collection in person is offered only and exclusively in cases where there is the possibility for the company.

A BRIEF EXPLANATION ABOUT THE METHODS OF PAYMENT:Payment by bank transfer (or recharge Postepay) must be made AND COMMUNICATED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER CONFIRMATION.

After this date, we cannot guarantee that the products you have chosen will still be available.
